NEW CONSTRUCTION & RESTORATION QC
Quality checks for construction and restoration work — before it's too late to fix
Whether you're building new or repairing storm or water damage, Safe Harbor provides independent rough-in and pre-punch inspections so problems get caught while they're still easy to correct.
A second set of eyes on the work being done to your home, before it gets closed up or called finished.
Most construction and restoration problems aren't visible in the finished product — they're hidden behind drywall, under flooring, or above a ceiling before the final walkthrough. A rough-in inspection catches issues while framing, plumbing, and electrical are still exposed. A pre-punch inspection catches finish-stage problems before you sign off as complete.
Safe Harbor doesn't perform construction or repair work. We inspect it. That means our findings are about what's actually there — not what benefits us to find.
What we check
- Framing, plumbing, and electrical rough-in condition
- Moisture barriers and flashing before enclosure
- Drywall, trim, and finish-stage quality before final walkthrough
- Code-relevant workmanship at each visible stage
- Documentation and photos at every phase for your records
Safe Harbor performs no construction or repair work of any kind — our inspections are independent by design.
